CLIMAITE

– et dansk forskningscenter som skal belyse, hvordan klimaændringer påvirker de biologiske processer i naturen. – a Danish research centre to investigate how climatic changes will affect biological processes and natural ecosystems

Claus Beier and Klaus Steenberg LArsen will participate in the NSF meta analyses workshop at Biosphere 2, Arizona, US, 12-17 October. CLIMAITE contribute data to the analysis.

CLIMAITE workshop in Mölle at Kullen, Sweden, 26-28th OctoberWorkshop on precipitation change organised by CLIMMANI are held in Basel, Switzerland, 21-23 October. Claus Beier chairs the meeting and CLIMAITE will contribute inputs by Jane Kongstad and Leon Linden

Kristian Albert defended his PhD at Copenhagen University on 24th June, 2009

Kristine Maraldo have defended her PhD thesis "Enchytraeidae (Oligochaeta) in a changing climate" at Copenhagen University.

CLIMAITE presented 8 posters at the Climate congres in Copenhagen in March 2009 - see publications

CLIMAITE site October 2009 - all screens out

Three papers have been published recently based on the results of the EPRECOT meeting held in Helsingør in 2006. The papers focus on effects of changes in precipitation. Reference to the papers can be found under publications.
